Job summary

SES S.A Brazil is seeking experienced Service Architects to design and evolve end-to-end service architectures across a global network and satellite portfolio. You will translate business requirements into scalable, reliable service solutions and collaborate with engineering, operations, product management, and commercial teams to ensure viability and alignment with infrastructure.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Computer Science or related field.
8+ years of experience in telecommunications, networking, or satellite services.
Strong understanding of Media Protocols (ASI, JPEG); IP networking (MPLS, VPNs, routing protocols) and satellite ground infrastructure.
Experience with end-to-end service design across multiple domains and translating complex concepts into business-aligned solutions.

Responsibilities

Design end-to-end service architectures spanning space, ground, and terrestrial networks for broadcast video.
Translate customer and business requirements into detailed technical service designs.
Define service models, workflows, and operational processes (fulfillment, assurance, lifecycle).
Collaborate with Network Engineering, Product & Commercial teams to define services and packaging.
Develop standardized service templates to accelerate delivery and ensure performance, scalability, resilience, and security.
