Job summary

Disney Ad Sales is seeking a detail-oriented media sales planner to manage RFP processes, coordinate packaging and pricing strategies, and support deal closure for a dedicated book of business.

You will work with Sales, Revenue Management, Ad Ops, and Finance to optimize campaigns, analyze delivery, and ensure accurate reporting while coordinating with teams in Santa Monica and a planned move to Burbank in 2026.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional experience in media sales planning or buying.
• Experience collaborating with sales, revenue management, and ad ops teams.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for reporting and proposals.
• Strong written and verbal communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities across stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Support a dedicated book of business, managing the RFP process from proposal generation to order entry.
• Partner with Sales and Revenue Management to implement packaging and pricing strategy.
• Manage daily maintenance of active deals and build media plans for Upfront and Scatter deals.
• Maintain the pipeline in collaboration with the Sales team and coordinate with internal teams.
• Analyze campaign delivery and work with Ad Ops, Traffic, and Finance to ensure deal fulfillment.
