Job summary

AMC Global Media Inc. in New York, NY is seeking an Analyst, Media Prep to join the Media Operations & Engineering team. You will coordinate content delivery, ensure quality control, and support reformatting as needed.

You will work with video, caption, and audio description files, create work orders, and track asset availability to support inventory and budgeting. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential for on-time delivery.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in media or equivalent work experience.
1+ years of experience in digital video and audio specifications.
Self-motivated and able to work with a team or independently.
Ability to troubleshoot and adapt to changing requirements/timelines.

Responsibilities

Liaise with AMCN B&T to ensure QC and reformatting readiness.
Create placeholders and manage all asset delivery (video, caption, audio description).
Coordinate delivery timelines with scheduling and acquisition teams.
Review QC assets and arrange redelivery per specs.
Create work orders for captioning proxies, fixes, conforming, and VOD.
Discov er asset availability for inventory and budgeting.
