AMC Global Media is seeking an Analyst, Media Prep to join our Media Operations & Engineering team in New York, NY. The role supports content delivery, QC, and asset preparation across multiple brands and platforms.

You will coordinate with various teams to ensure timely delivery, manage captioning and conforming tasks, and perform asset discovery for inventory and budget planning. The position emphasizes collaboration and adaptability in a fast-paced media environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in media or equivalent work experience.
• 1+ years of experience in digital video and audio specifications.
• Self-motivated individual who can work with a team as well as independently.
• Must be able to troubleshoot and adapt to changing requirements and timelines.

Responsabilités

• Be the main liaison with AMCN B&T to ensure all content passes quality control and is available for reformatting versions as needed.
• Create placeholders and facilitate all aspects of material delivery (video files, caption files, audio description files with the Acquired group).
• Coordinate with scheduling and acquisition teams on delivery timelines and QC expectations/priorities.
• Review assets that have gone through QC and facilitate redelivery if needed, ensuring all materials meet AMC Networks technical specifications.
• Create work orders for captioning proxies, fixes, conform, and VOD as needed.
• Perform discovery on asset availability for inventory and budget purposes.
