Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience in integrated media planning across traditional and digital channels.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a track record of client presentations.
• Experience mentoring junior planning team members.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of strategic and tactical media recommendations aligned with client objectives.
• Translate audience insights into owning, audience-first media strategies.
• Identify category white space and craft media moments that amplify creative impact.
• Evaluate campaigns and provide strategic POVs on optimizations and trends.
• Oversee client relationships, weekly status updates, and campaign reviews.
• Mentor junior pod members and elevate team capabilities.
• Ensure precision in media math, flowcharts, and budgeting.
