Job summary

CTP in Boston, MA is seeking a Media Planner to support the development of media strategies and plans, conduct research, and collaborate with partners to optimize campaigns.

The role requires commuting to the Boston office 2x per week (Tue and Wed) and handling budgets, trafficking, and reporting. You will monitor performance and explore AI-enabled opportunities to improve efficiency while preserving strategic thinking.

Qualifications

• Strong Excel skills and comfort working with data, budgets and reporting.
• Experience with digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads/YouTube, Meta Ads Manager and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
• Programmatic/DSP experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support development of media strategies and plans aligned with client goals.
• Conduct research and collaborate with media partners to evaluate opportunities and pricing.
• Monitor campaign performance and translate data into insights and recommendations.
• Maintain media plans, budgets and status reports for internal and client meetings.
• Collaborate with media partners and internal teams to keep campaigns on schedule.
