Overview
An established and fast-paced marketing team is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Media Operations Specialist to support the execution of digital advertising campaigns. This role plays a critical part in ensuring that paid media launches on time, with accurate tracking and flawless execution. Ideal for someone early in their ad operations career, this opportunity offers hands-on experience across platforms and tools that drive digital media performance.
Responsibilities
Build and maintain campaign structures within CM360 and IAS
Create naming conventions and taxonomies for new ad placements
Upload, rename, and traffic creative assets
Manage execution grids and platform-level campaign details
Implement audience targeting and ad placements in digital ad platforms
Perform thorough QA checks before and after campaign launch to ensure accuracy and tracking integrity
Monitor live campaigns, pause/swap creative assets as needed, and refine processes based on performance insights
Collaborate closely with cross-functional media teams to ensure campaign readiness and data consistency
Required Skills
1–3 years of experience in digital media operations or a related field
Strong working knowledge of Google Campaign Manager 360 (CM360)
Familiarity with paid media concepts such as SEM, attribution, pixel placement, and tag enablement
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including the use of formulas for document automation
Comfortable managing advertising workflows and QA across multiple platforms
Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with IAS (Integral Ad Science) and YouTube advertising
Exposure to AI-driven media activation within Google Ads
Agency or high-volume campaign environment experience is a plus
