Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant data entry or CMS experience preferred.
• Inflight industry experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Ability to work with various cultures across timezones.

Responsibilities

• Act as the subject matter expert for airline metadata.
• Facilitate meetings with the Metadata Team.
• Develop and manage QC checklists for metadata accuracy.
• Ensure timely execution of content updates.
• Conduct root cause analysis for metadata errors.
