Job summary

WWE is seeking an organized storage coordinator to manage media tape storage and inventory for our archives in Stamford, CT. You will maintain storage, create spreadsheets, review old footage, and assist with transfers for the Media Research team.

Applicants should have 2+ years in a library environment, strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel) and WWE product knowledge. A bachelor’s degree is preferred and a valid driver's license may be needed for on-site tasks.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years work experience in library environment.
  • WWE product knowledge required.
  • Strong Google Docs and MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to move and stack boxes of tapes which may be heavy at times.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize all media tape storage.
  • Create and update inventory spreadsheets.
  • Review, evaluate and catalog old footage.
  • Help prepare large scale transfers of media.
  • Coordinate inventory queries and transfer requests from our Media Research team.
  • Locate tapes for producers on an as-needed basis.
  • Create unique Filename Id's and update metadata as needed.
  • Keep current with WWE programming, products, and services.
