Job summary

WWE is seeking a detail-oriented Media Storage Clerk in Stamford, CT to manage onsite tape storage, update inventory, and assist with transfers. You’ll catalog assets, build spreadsheets, and coordinate with the Media Research team to locate tapes for producers.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in a library environment, strong Excel and Google Docs skills, and a bachelor’s degree (Communications or Library Science preferred). A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years work experience in library environment.
  • WWE product knowledge required.
  • Strong Google Docs and MS Office skills, especially Excel.
  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • Self-starter, able to work on their own for long periods of time.
  • Detail-oriented.
  • Bachelor degree preferred (Communications, Library Science, or related degree a plus).

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and organize all media tape storage
  • Create and update inventory spreadsheets
  • Review, evaluate and catalog old footage
  • Help prepare large scale transfers of media
  • Coordinate inventory queries and transfer requests from our Media Research team.
  • Locate tapes for producers on an as-needed basis
  • Create unique Filename Id’s and update metadata as needed
  • Keep current with WWE programming, products, and services
