Job summary

Publicis Groupe is seeking a Senior Associate, Investment Management in a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office weekly. The position focuses on learning and applying basic Investment Management and Operations principles while managing small to medium projects and mentoring Associates.

Responsibilities include campaign setup oversight, IO accuracy, on-budget delivery, and reconciliation of media investments. Training and mentorship duties may be assigned as needed.

Qualifications

• 18 months to 2+ years of media planning or buying experience.
• 1+ years of experience using MS Excel (can perform complex functions).
• 6 months to 1+ years in media investment systems and tools (Mediaocean).
• Optional: HCP/Pharma media planning and media strategy experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and ensure accuracy of campaign set-up and stewardship in the agency media buying platform.
• Ensure accuracy of Insertion Orders sent to media partners.
• Ensure on-budget delivery of media investment.
• Oversee actualization and reconciliation of media investment.
• Reconcile invoices, client media billing reports, and partner payments.
• Develop and deliver Marketplace Value workbooks.
• Manage campaign closures.
• Potentially train and mentor Associates.
