True Media in the United States is seeking a Media Insights Supervisor to lead analytical delivery while supervising a team of Associates and Analysts. You will own client reporting, guide analytics strategy, and ensure data quality across all outputs.

The role blends hands-on analysis with people leadership, requiring strong BI tool proficiency and clear communication with clients and senior leaders. Hybrid schedule applies, with in-office and remote days.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in data analytics/digital media or marketing science in an agency
• Expert in at least one BI platform (Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio/DOMO)
• Proficient in Python or R for advanced analysis
• Advanced data manipulation in Excel

Responsibilities

• Maintain an active client reporting portfolio and deliver monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses
• Mentor and supervise Media Intelligence Associates and Analysts
• Present findings to clients and translate trends into actionable recommendations
• Oversee workflow, deadlines, and data governance across BI outputs
