True Media in Dallas, TX is seeking a Media Insights Supervisor to lead analytics work and supervise a team of analysts. You will manage client reporting, deliver insights, and ensure data quality across BI platforms in a hybrid model.

You will mentor associates and analysts, coordinate with leadership on workflow and training, and contribute to tool evaluations and process improvements within the Media Intelligence team.

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in data analytics, digital media, or marketing science in an agency setting.
• Expert proficiency in at least one BI platform (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio, DOMO).
• Experience using Python or R for advanced data analysis and visualization.
• Advanced data manipulation skills in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong understanding of digital advertising and cross-channel measurement.
• Ability to translate analytical findings into actionable client insights.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain an active portfolio of client reporting and analytics, delivering monthly reports and ad-hoc analyses.
• Partner with clients to translate performance trends into actionable recommendations.
• Provide supervision and mentorship to junior analysts; escalate complex analytical questions.
• Oversee team workflow and account assignments; ensure deadlines and quality.
• Enforce data governance, naming conventions, and documentation across BI tools.
• Contribute to onboarding and training material for the Media Intelligence team.
• Evaluate new BI tools and measurement platforms; collaborate with cross-department teams.
