True Media in Minneapolis is seeking a Media Insights Supervisor to lead a team within the Media Intelligence group. You will manage client reporting, deliver monthly reports, and guide Analysts, Associates, and Senior Analysts while hands-on analyzing data.

You will partner with the Associate Director on workflow, ensure data governance, train new hires, evaluate BI tools, and translate complex measurements into actionable recommendations for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of data analytics experience in an agency setting, mentoring junior team members.
• Expert proficiency in at least one major BI platform (Tableau, PowerBI, Looker Studio, DOMO).
• Python or R for advanced data analysis and visualization; large datasets experience.

Responsabilités

• Maintain an active client reporting portfolio, designing monthly reports, QBRs, and ad-hoc analyses.
• Serve as a client-facing partner on reporting and measurement initiatives; translate findings into actionable recommendations.
• Provide direct supervision and mentorship to Analysts and Associates; escalate complex analytical questions.
