Omnicom Media Group is seeking a Manager, Media Finance to oversee daily financial workflows for our key beauty brand client. You will manage budgets, track performance, run forecasts, and provide strategic financial insights to help optimize media investment.

You will coordinate client billing, reconciliations and cash flow analyses, work with planning and buying teams, and liaise with internal finance and auditors to ensure accuracy, compliance and timely decision making.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years of Media/Finance experience at a media agency.
• Bachelor's or higher in Finance, Business, Accounting, or Marketing.
• Proficient with finance reporting tools (MediaOcean, DDS, PRISMA, SAP, Planit).
• Experience in a fast-paced, client-service environment with strong communication.
• Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs) and data analysis.

Aufgaben

• Manage daily financial workflows for client budgets, reporting and forecasts.
• Prepare and present financial reports, cash projections and variance analyses.
• Oversee end-to-end media billing, reconciliation and invoicing accuracy.
• Coordinate with AP/AR teams and assist auditors on campaign expenditures.
• Collaborate with account management, media planning, and buying teams.
