Job summary

Solve(D) is seeking a Media Director to lead multiple accounts and drive holistic integration across disciplines, with a focus on digital media. You will guide media planning, review briefs, and deliver strategic excellence while mentoring staff to build a high-performing team.

The role requires 8+ years in media, including pharma exposure, strong MS Office and media tools proficiency, and the ability to present to clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 8+ years of related media work experience, with at least 2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel functions (charts, graphs, pivot tables, VLookUps) and competency in Word and PowerPoint.
• Proficiency in media applications, including MediaTools, KANTAR, and Prisma.
• Strategic thinking with ability to lead client presentations and discussions.
• Excellent relationship-building skills across internal, external, and client teams.
• Ability to adapt communication style and content depth to audiences, and present ideas clearly.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
