Team Velocity, a full-service marketing agency serving the automotive industry, is seeking an entry-level Media Coordinator in Detroit to support day-to-day media campaigns across traditional and streaming channels under the Media Director.

You will learn media software, assist with campaign setup, invoicing reconciliation, reporting, and coordination with internal teams and partners while developing strong Excel/PowerPoint and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related field preferred.
• 0–2 years media buying experience in an advertising environment preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of media activity including invoice reconciliation, creative trafficking, campaign setup, reporting, presentation support and general media coordination.
• Learn day-to-day procedures for managing assigned accounts.
• Become proficient in applicable media software programs.
• Work with calculations and other quantitative data.
