Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; 0–2 years media buying in an ad agency preferred.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with basic math/accounting computation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google Docs, Sheets and Slides.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Sense of urgency; proactive and adept at problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Assist in media activity including invoice reconciliation, trafficking, campaign setup, reporting and general media coordination.
• Learn the day to day procedures and processes of managing assigned accounts.
• Become proficient in using applicable media software programs.
• Work with calculations and other quantitative data and research.
• Monitor campaign launches and troubleshoot missing creative discrepancies or other execution issues.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external media partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
