Job summary

Team Velocity, a full-service marketing agency serving the automotive industry, is seeking an entry-level Media Coordinator in Herndon, VA. You will support day-to-day media activity across traditional and streaming channels, learning how to buy, maintain, reconcile, and report campaigns under the Media Director's oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelors Degree; 0–2 years media buying in an advertising agency environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office suite specifically Excel and PowerPoint a must.
• Comfortable with basic math/accounting computation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google suite/docs/sheets/slides.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of media activity including invoice reconciliation, creative trafficking, campaign setup, reporting, presentation support, and general media coordination.
• Learn the day-to-day procedures and processes of managing assigned accounts.
• Become proficient in using applicable media software programs.
• Work with calculations and other quantitative data and research.
• Monitor campaign launches and troubleshoot missing creative discrepancies or other execution issues.
• Coordinate with internal team members and external media partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
