Job summary

Team Velocity, a full-service marketing agency serving the automotive industry, seeks an entry-level Media Coordinator to support traditional and streaming media campaigns. You will assist with invoicing, trafficking, campaign setup, reporting, and client coordination, under guidance from the Media Director.

This role emphasizes accuracy, initiative, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment while learning both strategic and executional aspects of media.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or in progress; 0–2 years media buying in an advertising agency environment preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint) is required.
• Comfortable with basic math/accounting computation.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Acute attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Proficient in Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
• Must be proactive and able to solve problems.

Responsibilities

• Assist in all aspects of media activity including invoice reconciliation, creative trafficking, campaign setup, reporting, presentation support, and general media coordination.
• Learn the day-to-day procedures and processes of managing assigned accounts.
• Become proficient in using applicable media software programs.
• Work with calculations and other quantitative data and research.
• Monitor campaign launches and troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external media partners to ensure campaigns are delivered accurately and on schedule.
