AMS is seeking a Media Assistant in New York to support the Media team across TV, OTT, radio, OOH and display campaigns. You will coordinate with Buyers, Supervisors and Account Management, handling campaign requests, logs, pacing reports and post-analysis.

The role is entry-level with a Bachelor's preferred in Media or related field; strong organizational, numeric and communication skills are essential; MS Office proficiency required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
• Basic MS Office skills required (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Serve as campaign liaison with media vendors and assist media buying team.
• Send broadcast orders, revisions, and respond to vendor needs promptly.
• Obtain logs and pacing reports, manage pre/post log entries and budget tracking.
• Handle traffic requests and reconcile invoice discrepancies with accounting.
• Maintain strong relationships with media vendors and assist with client reporting.
• Demonstrate ability to multi-task across several campaigns.
• Assist with ad hoc projects and tasks as needed.
