Responsibilities

• Support Account Executive and Account Managers in the maintenance of Linear TV deals by maintaining an assigned book of business; entering and confirming all schedule details of orders.
• Communicates across multiple internal departments to facilitate flawless deal stewardship and campaign execution.
• Execute client requested changes such as brand allocations and commercial movement across weeks or dayparts; send confirmations with updated flowcharts.
• Execute internal schedule changes (e.g., programming changes, makegoods) and confirm changes to client.
• Partner with Commercial Ad Operations to obtain missing creative.
• Assist AM in monitoring delivery pacing; flag accounts at risk for under-delivery and book ADUs as needed.
• Pull pre- and post-logs upon client request.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for agency/client assistants on schedules, capture client requests and resolve issues with clear follow-through.
• Validate invoices against delivery and pricing; resolve discrepancies with Finance/AR.
