Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking a highly organized, entry-level Account Coordinator to support client relationships and ensure campaigns run smoothly from start to finish. You will assist Account Executives in maintaining Linear TV deals, manage schedule details, and help deliver exceptional service that drives results.

Applicants with prior media or customer service experience and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint are preferred. A Bachelor’s degree is nice to have.

Responsibilities

• Support Account Executive and Account Managers in the maintenance of Linear TV deals by maintaining an assigned book of business.
• Entering and confirming all schedule details of orders (units, dates, dayparts, rotations, targeting, pricing).
• Communicate across Pricing & Planning, Traffic, Finance/AR, Research, Brand Partnerships to facilitate deal stewardship.
• Execute client-requested changes such as brand allocations and schedule adjustments with updated confirmations.
• Assist with internal schedule changes and confirm changes to client.
• Collaborate with Commercial Ad Operations to obtain missing assets.
• Monitor delivery pacing and flag accounts at risk for under-delivery.
• Pull pre- and post-logs upon client request.
• Serve as day-to-day contact for agency/client assistants on schedules and requests.
