- Test creatives (visuals, copy, formats) and marketing hypotheses.
- Monitor key metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Run structured A/B tests to validate ideas and improve performance.
- Research competitors, trends, and user behavior to refine strategy.
- Work closely with product and design teams to align ads with user acquisition goals.
- Develop and optimize campaigns for web2app conversion - driving users from web platforms to mobile apps.
- Analyze and improve the user journey from web to app - ensuring smooth transitions and optimized conversion rates.
WHAT WE EXPECT FROM YOU
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Facebook (Meta) Ads campaigns, ideally in the mobile apps space.
- Proven track record with web2app conversion - driving users from web platforms to mobile apps.
- Experience managing daily ad spend budgets of $1K+.
- Strong understanding of user acquisition funnels and mobile performance marketing metric.
- Proficiency with Meta Ads Manager, Power Editor, and attribution tools (e.g., AppsFlyer, Adjust).
- Experience designing and executing A/B tests from test structuring to results interpretation.
- Strong analytical skills able to work with key metrics (CPI, ROAS, LTV, Retention, etc.).
