AdOutreach seeks a data-driven Digital Media Buyer to join our rapidly growing client services team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing on digital advertising campaigns across platforms like YouTube, Google, Facebook, and more for multiple clients.

We are looking for an individual who can understand his or her clients’ goals in order to strategize and execute successful paid advertising campaigns effectively. The ideal candidate is a highly detailed, analytical, and solutions-oriented team player with strong relationship-building and communication skills. This is an independent contractor role. You must be available for client-facing meetings for at least 4 hours between 9-5pm CST.

Responsibilities:

Ad Management & Optimization

  • Strategize, launch, and optimize ad campaigns for Ad Astra clients, ensuring they achieve positive Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
  • Support the Fractional Media Buyer with ads management for FMB clients when needed.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, ensuring campaigns meet key KPIs (CTR, CPA, ROAS).
  • Troubleshoot underperforming campaigns and proactively adjust strategies.

Client Coaching & Support

  • Respond to client questions in the Coaching Forums (Slack, Circle).
  • Step in as needed for Ads Coaching Clinics to help clients improve their ad strategies.
  • Lead client calls on an as-needed basis for Ad Astra clients seeking clarity on their ad performance.
  • Internal Collaboration & Communication
  • Work closely with the Fractional Media Buyer, Senior Ads Coach, and Client Success Team to ensure client success.
  • Document key client updates and campaign performance metrics in HubSpot and Notion.
  • Stay up to date on YouTube and Meta advertising trends to improve strategies.

Results:

  • Clients achieve positive ROAS – ideally breaking even on the front end and achieving 3x ROAS or greater on the backend.
  • High client satisfaction & engagement – timely responses in Coaching Forums and on client calls.
  • Regular campaign performance reviews & optimizations that lead to improved campaign efficiency.
  • Seamless collaboration with the FMB and Senior Ads Coach, ensuring clients receive expert guidance.
  • Proactive troubleshooting and innovation, staying ahead of ad platform changes and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Expertise in YouTube Ads & Meta Ads, including campaign strategy, optimization, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong data analysis skills, with experience in Google Analytics, AdRoll, Google Tag Manager, and Segmetrics (preferred).
  • Proficiency in Slack, Circle.so, HubSpot, and Notion for client communications and internal collaboration.
  • Exceptional client communication skills, with the ability to explain ad performance and strategies in an understandable way.
  • Ability to think on your feet and solve problems proactively.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple client campaigns effectively.
