Job summary

Zulay Kitchen in Clearwater, FL is seeking a Media Buyer for an in-office role. You will plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across digital channels, owning performance and driving revenue through data-driven optimizations.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of hands-on paid media experience, strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, and comfort with Google/TikTok ads. This is a full-time in-office role from 9am-6pm.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on paid media buying experience.
• Proven experience managing and optimizing paid advertising campaigns.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager and paid social advertising.
• Experience with Google Ads and/or TikTok Ads.
• Experience managing meaningful advertising budgets.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CPA, CAC, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversion rates, and attribution.
• Highly analytical and comfortable working with large amounts of performance data.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Experience with e-commerce or DTC brands strongly preferred.
• Ability to make decisions quickly based on data.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
• Naturally curious and constantly looking for ways to improve performance.

We’re looking for a Media Buyer who knows how to turn ad spend into revenue.

This is an in-office role in our Clearwater, FL.
9am-6pm (1 hour lunch)

The Role

As our Media Buyer, you’ll be responsible for planning, launching, managing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across our digital channels. You’ll own campaign performance, analyze data, identify opportunities, and continuously test ways to improve efficiency and scale.

This is a hands-on role for someone who loves numbers, understands performance marketing, and gets excited about finding the next winning campaign, audience, creative, or product.

You won’t just be pushing buttons—you’ll be expected to understand why campaigns are performing, what needs to change, and how to make them better.

What We're Looking For
