Insight Global is hiring for a metadata tagging specialist in the media/entertainment sector. The role focuses on reviewing and enriching titles with accurate metadata, tagging assets, and ensuring proper categorization across title records.

The candidate will backfill metadata, perform title matching, and collaborate to resolve data gaps. This role emphasizes attention to detail and independent work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in media/entertainment industry.
• 3+ years' experience in a professional setting for new media, audio, video and/or interactive consumer entertainment products, preferably in a video delivery environment.
• High attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Experience title matching, asset tagging, and metadata enrichment activities.

Responsibilities

• Work through a backlog of titles and metadata records.
• Review titles to determine whether suggested matches are actually the same title/content.
• Investigate flagged titles that are missing data or are priority titles being promoted by the business.
• Add, update, and maintain metadata tags for titles.
• Perform title matching and metadata enrichment activities.
• Ensure title records are accurate, complete, and properly categorized.

Compensation

$18/hr-$24/hr

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.

Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching. Employees in this role are also entitled to paid sick leave and/or other paid time off as provided by applicable law.
