You will coordinate across Client Services, Media, Search, Social, Programmatic, Creative, Ad Operations, Data & Analytics to ensure flawless campaign execution.

Success requires critical thinking, operational excellence, and client-facing finesse while building connective tissue between client and cross-functional teams to drive

Qualificações

• 5+ years of experience in digital media, integrated marketing, project management, or account management.
• Strong understanding of media planning, buying, and reporting fundamentals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Excel and project management tools.

Responsabilidades

• Support the media campaign operations and project delivery.
• Drive the end-to-end process of media plan implementation from initiation to completion and analysis, ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Coordinate across internal and external teams to maintain alignment on timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Support billing, budgeting, and tracking processes to ensure financial accuracy and efficiency.
• Partner with strategy and media teams to interpret campaign performance and translate insights into actionable steps.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and implement scalable solutions for better workflow.
• Maintain strong client relationships by understanding business needs and proactively addressing issues or opportunities.
