Inktel Contact Center Solutions is seeking Reservationists who can work from home with evening shifts to deliver proactive and professional customer service. You will engage customers, resolve issues, and explore all options to satisfy needs, supported by coaching and training from the Inktel team.

The role emphasizes empathy, active listening, and a professional demeanor, with a start date of April 27, 2026 and a schedule of 32 hours per week.

Details:

• Start Date: April 27, 2026
• Training Schedule: Friday 4/27, Monday 3/30 - Tuesday 3/31 9am-5pm EST for the first 3 Days
• Regular Shift –5 days a week (32 hrs a week)
• Pay: $17.00/hr
