Med-Trans is hiring a Helicopter Pilot to provide critical medical air transport services for Med-Trans customers. Join a team where safety is central as every second counts, and contribute to a trusted emergency medical service.

Position offers a comprehensive incentive package including a competitive salary with geographic modifiers, a $15,000 sign-on bonus, and retention bonuses. On-day housing and IFR stipend accompany a demanding, mission-driven work schedule.

Competenze

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 100 Hours Night Unaided, or 50 Hours Unaided with 100 Hours Aided.
• 75 Helicopter Instrument Hours with 50 in aircraft.

Mansioni

• Work with a team of medical experts to transport customers safely.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches per manuals and FAR/Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain Med-Trans documentation and records.

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training

MinimumRequirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours
• 500 Turbine Helicopter Hours
• 100 Hours Night Unaided, or 50 Hours Unaided with 100 Hours Aided
• 75 Helicopter Instrument Hours with 50 in aircraft

Preferred Qualifications

• 200 Helicopter Instrument Hours Preferred, Including 50 in Aircraft
• EC135 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
