Job summary

Global Medical Response is hiring a Helicopter Pilot (HAA) to provide medical air transport for Med-Trans customers. This full-time role emphasizes safety and teamwork in a critical care environment.

The position requires FAA rotorcraft certification, instrument rating, and substantial flight hours, with a competitive pay range and bonus eligibility. On-site housing and mission-driven work are part of the incentives.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate.
• Helicopter instrument rating.
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate.
• 2,000 Total Flight Hours.
• 1,500 Helicopter Hours.
• 1,000 Helicopter PIC Hours.
• 1,000 Turbine Helicopter Hours.
• 200 Helicopter Night Flight Hours (Aided or Unaided).

Responsibilities

• Safely transport customers with a team of medical experts to and from locations and facilities.
• Maintain aircraft readiness in accordance with manuals, FARs, and Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping.
• Communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change info to the successive pilot and team following the recording protocol.
• Accountable for maintaining required certifications and ongoing training.
