Job summary

Global Medical Response seeks an HAA Pilot for a full-time role in Casa Grande, AZ. You will transport customers with a medical team, ensuring aircraft readiness and regulatory compliance for each flight.

You will maintain documentation, communicate with dispatch and crews, and participate in ongoing training to keep certifications current. A competitive package includes a sign-on bonus and retention incentives.

Qualifications

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate required.
• Helicopter instrument rating required.
• FAA Class II Medical Certificate required.
• Total flight hours: 2,000; helicopter hours: 1,500; PIC hours: 1,000.
• Night hours: 100 unaided or 50 unaided with 100 aided.

Responsibilities

• Transport customers with a medical team to and from locations and facilities.
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatch per manuals and FAR/Med-Trans requirements.
• Maintain Med-Trans regulatory documentation and records.
• Communicate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners.
• Provide shift-change information following Med-Trans change board protocol.
• Maintain required certifications and ongoing training.

HAA PILOT Full-Time Opportunity

Incentives

• $100,297 - $110,327 including 13% Geographic Modifier
• 15K Sign on Bonus, subject to eligibility
• Retention Bonus Plans ($40,000 after 3 years, plus additional retention bonuses once completed)
• On Duty Housing
• 7/7 Schedule

Responsibilities

• Working with a team of medical experts to safely transport customers to and from locations and facilities
• Ensure aircraft readiness for flight dispatches as described in the appropriate manuals, including all FAR and Med-Trans requirements, and aircraft cleanliness duties
• Maintain accurate Med-Trans and regulatory documentation and record keeping
• Effectively communicate and collaborate with dispatch, flight crews, facilities, and partners
• Provide shift change info to successive pilot and team following protocol for recording Med-Trans change board details
• Accountable to maintain required certifications and ongoing training

Minimum Requirements

• Current Rotorcraft FAA Commercial Certificate
• Helicopter instrument rating
• Current FAA Class II Medical Certificate

Preferred Qualifications

• AS350 Aircraft Experience
• High School Diploma/Equivalent or Higher
