Job summary

The Retreat at Dalton Assisted Living, part of Phoenix Senior Living, is seeking Med Techs / Certified Medication Aides to join our team. The role covers medication administration, resident monitoring, and supporting wellness and monthly PSP processes.

Responsibilities include leading care support, documenting changes, and coordinating with Wellness Nurse and families. Weekend and evening availability is required to meet peak service needs.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Medication Aide and meet state requirements.
• Minimum one year of experience with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication care: administration and monitoring for residents.
• Support wellness activities and care planning with Wellness Nurse.
• Communicate changes in resident care to supervisors and families as needed.
• Perform vital signs and weights and document results for monthly wellness.
• Provide resident care support as needed during shifts.
