The Med Tech role focuses on monitoring residents, leadership support, and ensuring quality of care while coordinating with wellness programs and care teams. Applicants should be certified Medication Aide with leadership capabilities.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Medication Aide and/or meet the state requirements for medication aide.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals preferred.
• Must have demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and well-being of residents and support wellness initiatives.
• Assist with medication care, administration, and related documentation.
• Communicate with resident support services, families, and care team.
• Lead and support all wellness elements in Phoenix programs and services.
