Job summary

The Retreat at Dalton Assisted Living is seeking a Med Tech to join our care team. The role covers medication care and resident support, with leadership and coordination across wellness activities. Shifts run 7a–7p or 7p–7a, with every other weekend work expected.

Responsibilities include assisting with PSP-based care, documenting changes, and supporting wellness visits. A CMA certification and prior elder-care experience are preferred, with flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Medication Aide.
• Minimum 1 year of experience with elders or disabled individuals (preferred).
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Identify ongoing resident needs through PSP process and coordinate care.
• Document changes in clinical care and ensure accurate monthly wellness reflections.
• Assist Wellness Nurse with monthly wellness visits and PSP updates.
• Notify Wellness/Director of changes affecting tier level or move-out.
• Take weights and vital signs monthly prior to wellness visit.
• Provide resident care as needed.
