Job summary

Phoenix Senior Living's Neighborhood at Paducah is seeking a Med Tech / Certified Medication Aide to join our care team. You will monitor residents' health, administer medications, and support daily activities with a focus on wellness.

This role requires certification, compassion for seniors, and the ability to work Mon-Fri with every other weekend; evenings and flexible hours may be needed to meet peak service times.

Qualifications

• Must be certified Medication Aide.
• Minimum of one year of experience with elders or disabled individuals.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Experience in Assisted Living or Dementia care preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor health and well-being of residents and provide care leadership.
• Administer medications and ensure proper documentation and safety.
• Communicate with resident support services and families as needed.
• Support wellness initiatives and document care plans and PSP updates.
