The Retreat at Jasper is seeking Med Techs to join their team. The role focuses on monitoring residents' health and wellbeing, administering medications as needed, and providing leadership in resident care and services.

Requirements include being a certified Medication Aide with at least one year of experience with elders or disabled individuals, and the ability to work weekends and evenings. The position emphasizes teamwork, quality assurance, and compassionate care in an Assisted Living

Competenze

• Must be certified Medication Aide.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals.
• Must have demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing is preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Mansioni

• Identifies ongoing needs and services of residents through the assessment/Personalized Service Plan (PSP) process.
• Ensures proper follow through and documentation for residents with a change in clinical care needs.
• Supports the Wellness Nurse with completing the clinical sections of monthly wellness visits and PSP to reflect the resident accurately.
• Informs Wellness/Executive Directors of changes in medication or service levels that may affect tier level or move-out.
• Obtains weights and vitals monthly for each resident before monthly wellness visit.
• Assists with resident care as needed.
