Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Med Tech for a full-time role in Dover, Delaware. The Med Tech provides quality care and assists with activities of daily living and medication administration within the established scope of practice.

Responsibilities include maintaining the medication cart, documenting on EMAR/MAR, reporting resident status to the HCD, and supporting residents during meals and activities.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must pass 2 medication observations annually.
• Must be able to work weekends and holidays.
• CPR/First Aid certified, or willing to become certified within 60 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Administer prescribed medications within the established scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Maintain medication cart and complete EMAR/MAR documentation.
• Report resident status and care concerns to the HCD and nursing staff.
• Assist residents during meals and activities; provide emotional support during move-in.
