Job summary

Harmony Senior Services in Dover, Delaware is seeking a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist residents with daily living activities while administering medications within scope. Qualifications

• Must have strong communication skills and the ability to document clearly.
• CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
• Must be organized and able to work with all levels of personnel.
• Be able to walk/stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and care concerns to RN/LPN or ED as needed.
• Complete medication cart audits and maintain EMAR/MAR records.
• Re-order medications and coordinate with pharmacy as needed.
• Communicate resident status and upcoming information to the team.
• Assist in planning and conducting activity programs for residents.
