Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Administer medication to residents following charts and protocols.
• Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and daily routines.
• Participate in shift change meetings and communicate resident status.
• Assist with janitorial tasks as needed.
• Act as shift supervisor to ensure resident care needs are met.
• Collaborate with Caregivers, physicians, and pharmacies on medication orders.
