Job summary

Harmony Senior Services seeks a Med Tech to provide quality care and assist with daily living activities for residents. The role includes medication administration within the approved scope and collaboration with nursing staff to ensure safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate will have a High School diploma or GED, plus current CNA and Med Tech licenses, and complete required medication observations and cart audits. Flexible scheduling may be required, including weekends.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Medication Aide Course completed.
• Current CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.

Responsibilities

• Assist with medication administration within scope.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Perform housekeeping duties as directed.
• Respond promptly to resident calls or emergencies.
• Document resident status and medications in EMAR/MAR.
• Contribute to care planning and teamwork with staff.
