Job summary

Harmony Senior Services is seeking a Med Tech to assist with daily living activities and medication administration for residents in our Delaware community. You will maintain accurate MAR/EMAR documentation, follow policies, and support a safe, respectful environment.

The role requires CNA and Med Tech licenses, a medication aide course, and reliable communication. Candidates should be able to lift and transfer residents, work weekends/holidays, and participate in ongoing trainings.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both current CNA and Med Tech license from the State Board of Nursing in good standing.
• Must satisfactorily pass 2 medication observations annually.
• Must attend 4 additional hours of medication administration education annually.

Responsibilities

• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living.
• Report incidents and concerns to RN/LPN or supervisor.
• Perform housekeeping tasks and maintain cleanliness of resident areas.
• Respond to calls for assistance and emergencies promptly.
• Assist in planning/activity programs for residents and support move‑ins and transfers.
