Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course and hold CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must satisfactorily pass medication observations & cart audits as required.
• Must be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and work with all staff levels.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality care and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Follow policies and maintain confidentiality of resident information.
• Report incidents and communicate resident status to nursing and care team.
• Assist in move-in, meal and activity transitions and respond to calls and emergencies.
