Job summary

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, completion of Medication Aide Course, and current CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing. Excellent communication and teamwork are essential, with flexible scheduling including weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must have High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have completed the Medication Aide Course.
• Must possess both CNA and Med Tech licenses in good standing.
• Must satisfactorily pass medication observations and cart audits.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work with all staff.

Responsibilities

• Assists with administration of prescribed medications within scope of practice.
• Assists residents with activities of daily living.
• Reports incidents and status updates to appropriate staff.
• Performs housekeeping duties as directed and maintains a clean environment.
• Responds to resident calls and emergencies promptly.
• Assists in planning and conducting resident activity programs.
• Maintains confidentiality of resident information and documents in EMAR/Daily Log.
