Job summary

Monarch Communities in Summit, NJ is seeking a Medication Technician (Med Tech) for per diem hours. The role includes 8a-12p and 4p-7:30p shifts, providing compassionate personal care and aiding residents with ADLs, while updating care plans as needed.

The position offers a warm team environment, immersive training, and a comprehensive benefits package for per diem staff. Eligible candidates are RMAs or CMAs with a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Must be available for a minimum of 4 shifts per month.
• Must be available for at least one weekend shift and one holiday shift per month.
• You have a positive attitude and love working with people!
• You’re a Registered Medication Aide (RMA) or Certified Medication Aide (CMA).

Responsibilities

• Provide warm and engaging personal care services, assistance, support, and companionship.
• Engage and assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Look for changes in residents' day and personal care needs to update their personal Resident Care Plan.
• Encourage resident participation in community programs and activities.

Employment Type: Per Diem

Shift Type: 8a-12p and 4p-7:30p

Pay Range: $23.00 - $25.00 per hour

Final compensation will be based on experience and qualifications.
