Job summary

Atria Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Med Tech (RMA) to assist with daily medication administration for residents, maintain medication programs and documentation, and support residents in daily living activities.

You will work with a supportive team in a community that values advancement and work-life balance, with state-required certifications preferred (First Aid/CPR) and opportunities for growth. Competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Certified Medication Aide, First Aid and/or CPR certifications, if required by state.
• Must meet state-minimum requirements for experience, certification or license.
• No additional experience required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily administration of medication to residents.
• Maintain resident medication programs and documentation, including distribution, ordering, reception, file management, and storage.
• Assist residents with doctor appointments, pharmacy visits, and daily living activities.
• Exhibit ethical behavior and work cooperatively with other team members in daily support of residents.
• Receive on-the-job training and discover opportunities for career growth and advancement.
