Job summary

White Springs Senior Living in Warrenton, VA seeking a Medication Aide/Med Tech (RMA) for Assisted Living. Role includes assisting residents with medications and daily living activities, collaborating with the Resident Services team and participating in activities to enhance resident well-being.

We value compassionate care and offer flexible shifts including full-time 2nd shift (3pm-11pm) and part-time options across all shifts.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• At least 1 year of experience working with seniors is preferred.
• Current CNA/NA license or certification in good standing.
• Current Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification required (68hr).
• Clear criminal background screening is required.
• CPR/First Aid certification preferred or as required by state.
• Comfort with computerized resident documentation systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with self-administration of medications per state guidelines.
• Support activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and mobility.
• Partner daily with the Resident Services team to ensure continuity of care.
• Participate in and help lead resident activities.
• Deliver friendly, service-oriented care to residents, families and visitors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
