Job summary

Spring Oak Senior Living is seeking a compassionate Med Tech/Registered Medication Aide (RMA) to join our Assisted Living team. This daytime role focuses on medication administration and direct resident care for seniors in a welcoming community.

Responsibilities include safe medication administration, ADL assistance, and accurate documentation. The ideal candidate holds an RMA certification, has care experience in senior living, and works well with a care team.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
• Experience as Med Tech or direct care staff in senior living.
• Compassionate, patient approach with older adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality resident care.
• Ability to work 7:00am-3:00pm day shift, including every other weekend.

This daytime position is ideal for an experienced medication aide who enjoys working with seniors and providing both medication administration and direct resident care.

• Safely administer medications in accordance with state regulations and community policies.
• Provide resident care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) as needed.
• Monitor residents and promptly report changes in condition.
• Follow individualized care plans, medication records, and medication protocols.

Qualifications:

• Current and validRegistered Medication Aide (RMA) certification.
• Previous experience as aMed Tech, Medication Aide, RMA, caregiver, or direct care staffin assisted living, senior living, or a similar healthcare setting preferred.
• Compassionate and patient approach to working with older adults.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, professional, and committed to quality resident care.
• Ability to work the 7:00am-3:00pm day shift, including every other weekend.

$20 - $20 an hour
