Job summary

Creekside Continuing Care in Burlington, WA is seeking a Med Tech (Med Aide) to administer medications and assist residents under individualized treatment plans. You will communicate concerns with residents' families, physicians and staff to support thriving, well-being and safety.

The role requires CNA/HCA certification, CPR/First Aid, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. Training for Medication Delegation is provided; prior medication aide experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• HCA or CNA Certification is required.
• Preferred prior Medication Aide experience; training for Medication Delegation will be provided.
• CPR/First Aid certification is required.
• Food Workers Card is required.

Responsibilities

• Contribute information vital to customized service plans.
• Administer treatment plans and chart medications in the MAR.
• Answer calls/concerns from family members and physicians.
• Maintain high quality of life and consistency for residents.
• Work with the clinical team to address residents' needs promptly.
