Phoenix Senior Living's The Pearl at Dallas is seeking Med Techs to join their team, providing medication care and resident support. The role includes medication administration, wellness tasks, and collaboration with Wellness Nurse and Directors.

Weekend and evening availability is required, with leadership in care delivery. Candidates must be a certified Medication Aide with at least one year of experience with elders or disabled individuals, and able to work Mon-Fri with every other weekend as

Competenze

• Must be a certified Medication Aide and meet state requirements for medication aide.
• Minimum of one year of experience working with elders or disabled individuals.
• Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
• Knowledge of Assisted Living industry and Dementia care or Skilled Nursing preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and flexible hours.

Mansioni

• Med Tech oversees medication care/administration and resident wellbeing.
• Identify ongoing needs and services of residents via PSP process.
• Assist Wellness Nurse with monthly wellness visits and PSP documentation.
• Inform Wellness/Executive Directors of changes in medication or care levels.
• Assist with weights and vital signs monthly and document accordingly.
• Support resident care as needed.
